Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SNS Consulting, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

SNS Consulting provides workforce advisory and consulting services, including talent acquisition strategy and training, workforce development and succession planning, people analytics and talent management, reskilling and upskilling program design, and organizational strategy sessions and workshops. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.

Engagements & Proposals

Consulting engagements are governed by the written proposal or statement of work executed between SNS Consulting and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement controls.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services, and to designate appropriate points of contact. You are responsible for decisions made and actions taken based on our recommendations, and for ensuring your own compliance with applicable employment and labor laws.

Payment Terms

Fees and payment schedules are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Late balances may be subject to a reasonable service charge.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential and proprietary information, including business, workforce, and employee data shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of delivering the agreed services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Intellectual Property

SNS Consulting retains all rights to its proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies—including SNS Compass™, SNS CulturePulse™, and Your Mission Continues Here™. Deliverables prepared specifically for a client are licensed to that client for their internal business use as described in the applicable engagement agreement.

Limitation of Liability

SNS Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
