Founder | Senior Principal Consultant
With over 18 years of experience in the military and civilian sectors, primarily in the HR and talent acquisition field, Stephanie has worked with some of the world's largest and most innovative companies. Her professional journey has been complex. Her education is extensive, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Human Resources Management and a certification in Green Belt Six Sigma and Inclusive and Ethical Leadership. Her love for continuously growing her knowledge and improving herself professionally has always been a top priority. She is a certified diversity executive – CDE®, a diversity practitioner. And she is currently securing her certification in the Hogan Assessment and becoming a certified Scrum Master.
